These are all the flowers and displays at the Bellagio. It was really pretty!! This season they are doing a butterfly theme-that included a butterfly atrium. I think Eric even enjoyed the flowers-plus it smelled wonderful!!!!
This has pictures from us walking the strip and seeing all sorts of posing characters, in the Bass Pro shop/casino, the Mirage fire show, Krispy Kreme donut making at the Excalibur, the Planet Hollywood million mile mall (where Eric's grandfather is currently in charge of building some of the new stores), and our adventures in gambling...we each used $3.50, spent it all in different places, wasted our money, chalked it up to experience, and walked away :0). Call me a sinner, but I had to try it at least once in my life-and no I don't try all temptations once...but what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas (that is unless you come back preggo or flat bankrupt...those things stay with you-haha-we fall into neither category).
These pictures are of the lions at the MGM, creatures from the Rainforrest cafe, the M&M store, and the Coke store. I love that they have all sorts of different coke lables. I am not a pop drinker, but if I were-they had this super cool soda sampling from around the world that I would have tried.
Eric's grandfather turned 72 when we were there, so we had a little family celebration!!! With them in the picture is Eric's uncle Brad, and his cousin Brandon that used to live in Poky.
The ultra cool retro sign that you see when entering the strip.
At the top of the Stratosphere...we went on the ride that shoots you up and down on the needle part, and the new ride that teeter-totters you over the edge. They were both thrilling but we like the one on the needle part better. This is outside the bellagio...I love going and looking at their seasonal gardens. They always have such amazing designs!
This is in front of the Monte Carlo. All the work that goes into the design of these hotels is unbelievable!!! Eric and I decided on themes of our own if we were to open hotels on the strip...it was pretty fun to think of what you could do if you could do anything, and as always bigger is better in Las Vegas!!
Over all we had a really great definitelyas really good to see family and friends. I am definently now hooked on seeing Cirque shows! I can't wait to see O and Ka-someday!! We will have to pace ourselves. Luckily we took up some offers given so we were able to do all these things pretty inexpensively. We went to a time-share presentation and in doing that and paying 50 bucks we got the Criss Angel tickets, tickets to see the Bodies show (cadavers doing trecommends all parts and functions of the human body-I highly reccomend this! Even Eric who hates blood and medical stuff loved it!), and free dinner. We also did a appetizer tasting/research thing and got paid to eat while we were in Planet Hollywood's Million Mile Shops-not too shabby. Eric said he felt like an animal doing all these marketing things, receivedm glad we just got to do so much for so cheap! We also recived a free cruise to thecontemplating the time share thing-so for now I am looking and contemplatin our next trip...we have to use that within the year. I hope you all had a great spring break!! I know we did...the warm weather and family were vacation enough, all else was just a bonus!!

I am so jealous you went to bodies!!! We tried going in November, but we got there like 15 minutes after they closed. Looks like you had fun!
Wow, that sounds like an incredible trip and that you got to do a ton of cool stuff!
Liz looks like you had a great time. I did notice you were wearing shorts! I can't wait for warm weather.
Vegas! It looked like fun. It was so fun to see you a couple weekends ago. I really wished you did not live so far away! You better come when we go to the church! :)
